Danny has worked in accountancy practice since 2009 and is passionate about helping business owners build stronger, more profitable businesses. As Managing Director of Loveless Accountants, he combines financial expertise, technology, and commercial insight to help clients gain clarity over their numbers and confidence in their decisions.
Danny has a particular interest in business growth, financial strategy, and operational efficiency, working closely with ambitious entrepreneurs to improve profitability, strengthen cashflow, and implement systems that support long-term success.
He believes accountancy should be proactive, not reactive, and has built Loveless Accountants around providing practical advice, modern technology, and genuine relationships that help clients achieve their goals.
Outside of the office, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and, when he gets the opportunity, a round of golf.
Tyler is responsible for overseeing the operational and compliance functions of Loveless & Co, ensuring clients receive a high-quality, efficient, and proactive service. Having built his career within accountancy from school, he has developed extensive experience across accounts, tax, and practice operations.
Known for his technical knowledge, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach, Tyler works closely with both clients and the wider team to maintain high standards, improve processes, and support the continued growth of the firm.
He is passionate about combining strong compliance foundations with modern technology and efficient systems, helping both clients and colleagues work smarter and achieve better outcomes.
Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys rugby, golf, and spending time with his family.
Jo has been a key member of the Loveless & Co team since 2009 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and operational support of the practice. Her organisation, attention to detail, and commitment to client care help ensure the firm runs smoothly and efficiently.
As the first point of contact for many clients, Jo is known for her approachable nature and willingness to go the extra mile to help. Whether assisting with company secretarial matters, supporting the team, or guiding clients through administrative processes, she takes pride in providing a professional and friendly service.
Her experience and knowledge make her an invaluable part of the firm, helping to ensure both clients and colleagues receive the support they need.
Outside the office, Jo enjoys spending time with family and friends and regularly visits the theatre to enjoy her favourite shows.
Charlotte joined Loveless & Co in December 2024, bringing with her almost 20 years of experience in accountancy practice. She works closely with a wide range of businesses and individuals, providing support across accounts, tax, VAT and financial compliance.
Known for her approachable nature and attention to detail, Charlotte takes pride in building strong client relationships and delivering practical, straightforward advice. Her extensive experience helps clients feel confident that their finances are in safe hands while allowing them to focus on growing their businesses.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine, and navigating the occasional teenage mood swing with a sense of humour.
Billy joined Loveless & Co in 2019 as an apprentice while studying towards his AAT qualifications. Having successfully progressed through the firm and become fully qualified, he now supports a wide range of clients across accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and tax compliance.
Billy is passionate about helping clients stay organised and compliant, while embracing technology to make financial processes more efficient. He has also taken the lead in developing and managing the firm's Making Tax Digital for Income Tax (MTD ITSA) service, helping clients prepare for the future of tax reporting.
Outside of work, Billy enjoys football, music and spending time with friends, often with a well-earned beer in hand.
Carly has worked in the accountancy profession for over a decade and leads the firm's bookkeeping and VAT services. With a passion for numbers and helping clients stay organised, she works closely with businesses to ensure their financial records remain accurate, up to date and compliant.
Known for her friendly and proactive approach, Carly supports clients with everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to VAT compliance, providing the strong financial foundations needed for effective decision-making and year-end reporting. She takes pride in building lasting client relationships and helping business owners feel confident in their finances.
Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors on camping trips and, when the opportunity arises, relaxing with a well-earned cider.
Will joined Loveless & Co in June 2026, bringing with him practical experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT compliance and financial administration. Having successfully completed his AAT Level 4 qualification, he is passionate about continuing his professional development and building a long-term career within the accountancy profession.
With a keen interest in technology and process improvement, Will enjoys finding more efficient ways of working and supporting both clients and colleagues. His proactive attitude, strong attention to detail and willingness to learn make him a valuable member of the team as he continues to broaden his experience across all areas of the practice.
Outside of work, Will enjoys keeping active in the gym, playing video games and watching football with friends and family.
Paul founded Loveless & Co over 30 years ago, starting the business from a bedroom office while raising a young family. Through hard work, dedication and a commitment to exceptional client service, he built the foundations of the firm and established many of the client relationships that continue to thrive today.
Throughout his career, Paul has helped businesses of all sizes navigate the challenges of growth, providing trusted advice and support at every stage of their journey. His belief that strong relationships and outstanding service are at the heart of a successful accountancy practice remains a key part of the firm's values today.
Now working in a consultancy capacity, Paul continues to share his wealth of experience with both clients and the team, supporting the next generation of the business while maintaining close relationships with many long-standing clients.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys keeping active through running and long walks, attending sporting events and live music, travelling, and spending quality time with his grandchildren.
